Jason G. is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in leading quality assurance programs across multiple companies in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at IDEX Corporation since September 2024, Jason previously held the position of Director Global Quality at Miraclon Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing global quality initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Schlumberger as Technical/Quality Manager and Rod Lift Group Manufacturing Quality Manager, as well as a significant tenure at Weatherford in various quality management positions. Jason began career development as a Product Engineer at Little Giant Pump Company, focusing on product design and development. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
