Jim Lynch

Jim Lynch is a skilled corporate development professional with extensive experience in private equity and finance. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Development at IDEX Corporation since May 2024, Jim previously held the position of Private Equity Associate at Benford Capital Partners from May 2022 to May 2024. Prior to that, Jim worked at Twin Brook Capital Partners, progressing from Associate to Assistant Vice President between August 2018 and April 2022. Jim began a career in finance at MB Financial Bank, participating in a Leadership Development Program from July 2016 to July 2018. Jim holds a degree from the University of St. Thomas, attended from 2012 to 2016, and is a graduate of Benet Academy, class of 2012.
