Linda Webb

Linda Webb has extensive work experience as a senior executive assistant. Linda began their career at Allstate in 1998, where they served as a corporate executive assistant and administrator for the Board of Directors and the CEO's office. Linda then moved on to Abbott Labs in 2006, where they held the position of senior executive assistant in the office of the President of Abbott Nutrition. In 2011, they joined Northern Trust Corporation as a senior executive assistant in the CEO's office, handling various responsibilities such as managing board meetings, coordinating complex travel arrangements, and acting as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders. Linda later joined Takeda in 2013 as a senior executive assistant and continued in that role until 2022. Currently, Linda is working at IDEX Corporation as a senior executive assistant in the Office of the SVP & CHRO and the VP & Chief Diversity Officer.
