Lori Herbert

Lori Herbert is a multidimensional HR leader with extensive experience in driving business impact through people, process, and purpose. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at IDEX Corporation, Lori oversees HR for over 300 employees across nine sites, implementing effective post-acquisition strategies and improving hiring processes. Previously, they held leadership roles at Watts Water Technologies and AERCO International, where they managed HR functions and integration efforts during multiple acquisitions, contributing to significant talent growth and operational efficiencies. Lori's early career included managing employee benefits at Mutual of America, further enhancing their broad HR expertise. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Rowan University.
