Margaux Friend

Margaux Friend is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in office management and project leadership. Currently serving as an Office Manager and HR Project Manager at IDEX Corporation since January 2020, Margaux has been responsible for comprehensive office coordination and maintaining efficient filing systems. Prior experience includes serving as the Executive Director at a confidential non-profit organization from October 2016 to January 2020, where oversight was provided for daily operations of a 600-member congregation, including strategic planning and implementation of new policies. Additionally, at North Shore Senior Center from November 2013 to October 2016, Margaux managed business development and marketing, enhancing member engagement through integrated publicity efforts. Previous roles at another confidential non-profit organization from February 2008 to November 2013 included Programming & Membership Services Manager and Project Director, focusing on event management and program development. Margaux holds a B.A. in History and Native American Studies from Northland College, with foundational education from Glenbrook South.
