Mark Kemp

Mark Kemp currently serves as the Director of Operations at IDEX Corporation, a position held since June 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Plant Manager and Operations Integration Manager at Hubbell Power Systems from April 2020 to January 2022, and Plant Manager/Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Enviva from January 2019 to April 2020, where Mark was responsible for strategic plant transformation. Additionally, Mark held the position of Plant Manager at TE Connectivity from October 2013 to December 2018, focusing on continuous improvement, and previously managed production at Cemgraft from September 2004 to May 2007. Mark Kemp holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Swindon College and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Institute.
