Matt Eisner

Matt Eisner is a Senior Coating Process Engineer at IDEX Corporation, a position held since September 2021. Previously, Matt worked as a Continuous Improvement Engineer II at Optimax Systems, Inc., where machine learning models were developed to enhance lens and mirror fabrication for aerospace applications, along with creating visual factory dashboards to improve operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes a role as a Process Development Engineer at SpaceX, focusing on Lean principles and ERP training, and as a Quality Engineer at BMW Manufacturing Co., where a machine vision system for defect identification was created. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
