Melissa Flores is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at IDEX. Melissa has over 9 years of experience working in human resources and talent development.

Flores began their career at IDEX Corporation in 2012 as a Talent Management Lead Associate. In 2013, they were promoted to Manager of Talent Development, and then to Director of Talent Development in 2015. In 2017, they were promoted to Vice President of Talent Management and Development, and then to Global Vice President of Talent in 2019.

Flores has been instrumental in developing and deploying global team assessment and development processes and tools to support the organizational priority of shifting from high performing individuals to high performing leadership teams. Melissa has also led the IDEX Academy, performance management, talent development and organizational talent review processes.

Melissa Flores completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources.
