Michelle Johnson

Michelle Johnson, MBA, serves as the HRIS Lead - Operations at IDEX Corporation, a position held since July 2016, and has progressed through roles including Senior HRIS Analyst, HRIS Analyst, and HR Benefits Specialist. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Domestic Engineer from June 2009 to July 2016 and held positions at Aurora Health Care as a Health Unit Coordinator from March 2004 to January 2010, and at St. Joseph's Home for the Aged as a Certified Nursing Assistant from January 2001 to March 2004. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Herzing University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Human Resources Development from the same institution. Educational background also includes attendance at Gateway Community & Technical College and a diploma from Tremper High School.
