Mike Fortier

Mike Fortier has over 30 years of experience in human resources and corporate planning. Mike started their career at Trane, An American Standard Company as a Salaried Employee Relations Manager. Mike then worked at Federal Mogul as a Human Resources Manager before joining Delta USA Corp as the VP of Human Resources/Corporate Planning. In 2005, Mike joined IDEX Corporation as Vice President of Human Resources, and later became Group Vice President. Mike held various leadership roles within the company, including Group VP of Human Resources. Mike's expertise lies in human resources and corporate planning.

Mike Fortier obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & Employee Relations from Michigan State University from 1979 to 1981. Subsequently, they pursued a Masters in Labor & Industrial Relations at the same institution from 1981 to 1983.
