Philipp Kraft

Philipp Kraft serves as the Global Director of Human Resources for the Richter Group at IDEX Corporation, with additional responsibilities as Strategic HR Lead for ABEL Pump Technology. Since June 2021, Philipp has been instrumental in change management, performance management, talent development, employer branding, and the implementation of HR initiatives across multiple global locations. Prior to this role, Philipp worked at 3M from 2008 to 2021, holding positions such as Senior Manager of HR Operations for Central Europe and HR Business Partner, along with roles in sales management. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Sales at Hausleiter Druckhilfsmittel and various leadership positions with the Bundeswehr. Philipp holds a Diplom from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität and a certificate in Business Administration from FernUniversität in Hagen. Additionally, participation in the Key Account Leadership Development Program at WHU complements Philipp's extensive professional background.
