Randy Lamb

Randy Lamb has extensive experience in finance and strategic leadership across various roles in the corporate sector. Currently serving as the VP of Strategic Initiatives at IDEX Corporation since June 2004, Randy drives process improvements within IDEX Health and Science, LLC, focusing on enhancing the order to cash cycle. Previously, Randy held the position of General Manager for IDEX Health and Science in both Oak Harbor, Washington, and Wertheim, Germany, overseeing P&L operations and strategic development. Prior experience includes multiple finance leadership roles at KRG Capital Partners and Upchurch Scientific, Inc., where Randy managed full financial responsibilities, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Randy began the career at Price Waterhouse as an Entrepreneurial Services Senior Accountant before taking on roles with Alco Manufacturing Co. as Accounts Receivable Manager. An accounting graduate from Utah State University, Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
