Renae Bays

Renae Bays (Hakes) serves as the General Manager and Business Line Leader for ADS at IDEX Corporation since October 2022. Prior to this role, Renae held the position of Director, Operations and Continuous Improvement at Xylem Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing global operations and ensuring effective customer solutions. Renae's experience at Sensus involved management roles in Upgrade Services and Project Services, contributing significantly to cross-functional initiatives and process improvements. With earlier positions at Siteworx as a Project Account Specialist and Corporate Recruiter, Renae demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills. Renae began the professional journey with internships in Cardiac Rehabilitation and research assistant roles during studies at East Carolina University, where a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology was earned.
