Richard M. Cory

Richard M. Cory is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Senior Internal Auditor at IDEX Corporation since August 2017. Cory holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Auburn University Harbert College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior experience includes an internship in the Office of the CEO at Waterstone Energy Services, where Cory gained insights into the fracking industry and contributed to financial modeling and internal audits, and an internship at J.P. Turner & Company, LLC, focused on preparing applications for Real Estate Investment Trust purchases. Additionally, Cory assisted a faculty member at Georgia Tech as a Summer Research Assistant, developing a literature review on various financial and legal topics.
