Rohan Y.

Rohan Y. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rohan started their career as a Summer Intern at Volkswagen India, where they worked on reporting and setting up key performance indicators for the company's first plant in Pune. Rohan then moved on to Bank of America, where they worked as a Financial Management Trainee and later as an Assistant Manager Finance.

In 2013, Rohan joined ADP as a Deputy Manager Finance, where they were responsible for management and controllership, including strategy, budgeting, and cost control, for a global business with revenues worth approximately $10 billion. Rohan also set up and led the Revenue Center of Excellence team.

After ADP, Rohan joined Maersk Line as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager - Finance Business Partner. In this role, they led the regional Business Finance group, overseeing financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, and reporting. Rohan'sscope of work included annual operating planning, strategy development, resource planning, monthly forecasts, profitability analysis, and ad-hoc analysis in partnership with local and global commercial and finance leadership.
