Scott Hinman currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain at IDEX Corporation, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this, Scott worked at Great Plains Oilfield Rental from July 2014 to April 2025, where responsibilities included directing supply chain management and sales & marketing, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, and driving revenue growth in the oilfield rental sector. Earlier experience includes serving as Supply Chain Manager at Chesapeake Energy, where Scott designed an enterprise MRP system and optimized operations, as well as holding management roles at Affordent General Dentistry and Dobson Communications. Scott holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Oklahoma Christian University and a B.A. from Oklahoma Baptist University.
