Shauna Smith

Shauna Smith has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing and supply chain industry. Shauna is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Operations and Product Realization PPE at IDEX Corporation. Prior to this, they worked at SPX FLOW, Inc. where they held positions such as Global Process Excellence Leader for Mixing Solutions and Director of Process Improvement for the Americas Region. Shauna has also held leadership positions at Whirlpool Corporation, GE Oil & Gas, GE Power, Corning Incorporated, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Throughout their career, Shauna has demonstrated expertise in managing operations, driving process improvements, and leading integration initiatives.

Shauna Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
