Ramappa Lankesh

Ramappa Lankesh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Center Manager at STG, where they managed operational activities and developed corporate training center strategies. In 2006, they joined Dell India R&D Center as a Senior Training & Contract Staffing Administrator and later transitioned to the role of a Training & Contract Staffing Administrator. During their time at Dell, they managed existing clients, worked with new clients for empanelment, developed proposals and presentations, and negotiated deals. In 2016, Ramappa became a Regional Sales Manager at Teamlease Services Limited, responsible for sales and staffing strategies for the south. Ramappa successfully implemented account strategies, identified industry alliances, expanded the customer base, and created new products. In 2017, they joined Experis/Manpower Group as a Key Account Manager, where they developed strong relationships with customers and identified new business opportunities. In 2018, Ramappa became a Manager at TeamLease Services Limited, overseeing client management, supervising payroll staff, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Currently, they are working at Idexcel as a Business Manager, focusing on new business development, brand building strategies, market segmentation, and executing marketing processes.

Ramappa Lankesh attended Aurbindo High School from 1990 to 1994, where they completed their Class 10th education. Ramappa later enrolled at Bangalore University and pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from 2001 to 2003, specializing in commerce. In addition to their formal education, Ramappa obtained a certification in Learning LinkedIn Recruiter from LinkedIn in May 2020.
