Shobha V. has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Shobha is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Idexcel since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at WarpDrive Tech Works from January 2019 to April 2020. From March 2016 to January 2019, Shobha worked at Innominds, where they collaborated with Business Engagement Managers to develop hiring plans, efficiently worked with Hiring Managers to fill open positions, and maintained a pipeline of qualified candidates. Before that, they were a Senior Career Consultant at Teamlease Services Limited from July 2015 to February 2016, responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle and sourcing talented candidates for IT/Technical requirements.
