Tom Martin

Tom Martin is an experienced Team Lead with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving at Idexcel since July 2013. Previously, Tom held the same position at US Netmetrics from April 2011 to June 2013, where responsibilities included mentoring a team of recruiters, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and maintaining client relationships. Known for exceptional response times, high-quality resume submissions, and excellent customer service, Tom combines a deep understanding of current technology trends with effective sourcing techniques. Tom earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Software Engineering from JNTU, completing studies in 2011.
