Shayne Pierce

Shayne Pierce is an experienced financial and operations executive, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at iDrive Fulfillment since February 2024. Previously, in roles at MetaSource from April 2022 to February 2024, Shayne developed solutions for business outsourcing and integrated AI technologies. At Sunrun, Shayne directed a large Customer Journey Support team post-acquisition of Vivint Solar, focusing on customer operations across various functions. Earlier positions include leading operations at Vivint Solar, Conduent, and Xerox, where Shayne was instrumental in enhancing digital experiences and delivering outsourced services for major clients.
