Rishabh Jindal

Rishabh Jindal currently serves as Chief of Staff and Lead of Customer Experience at IDfy since June 2023. Prior to this, Rishabh held the position of Senior Associate at Boston Consulting Group from March 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included defining go-to-market strategies and advising on growth strategies for an Indian conglomerate. Rishabh also has significant experience in healthcare and strategy, having been the Senior Manager of Strategy & M&A at HealthCare at HOME from April 2018 to March 2022, where notable achievements included raising USD 15 million and leading a key acquisition. Earlier roles included positions at EY, EXL, ZS Associates, Wipro, and various internships, showcasing a diverse background in strategy, consulting, and data analysis. Rishabh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor of Technology in Materials Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
