Jo Plett

Jo Plett (CIPD) is an experienced HR and People Management professional with a focus on business partnership, organizational development, change management, and employee engagement. With a career spanning over three decades, Jo has contributed to notable organizations, including Emirates and Alliance & Leicester, where they developed and implemented HR strategies for large, diverse workforces. Currently serving as an HR Director at IDG, Jo is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives and enhancing talent development initiatives. Jo's education includes a BA (Honours) from the University of Liverpool and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management (CIPD).
