Amanda Penn

Amanda Penn is a strategic leader in ethical trade, currently serving as the Senior Partnerships Manager at IDH, The Sustainable Trade Initiative, where they lead efforts to address living wage gaps in collaboration with major UK supermarkets. With over 18 years of experience, Amanda has significantly impacted sustainable supply chains, benefiting over 500,000 workers and farmers. Previously, Amanda held various roles, including Director at Bromley & District Reform Synagogue Limited and Programme Manager at the Ethical Tea Partnership, where they designed and managed programs focused on improving conditions in tea supply chains. Amanda also worked as a Sustainable Development Specialist for the USDA and began their career as a Research Analyst at EIRIS. They earned a degree from The George Washington University between 2000 and 2002.
