Emerald Am is an experienced sustainability and supply chain leader, currently serving as Chairman of the Garment & Manufacturing Committee at EuroCham Cambodia and on the LABS National Stakeholders Committee for IDH. They have co-established Cambodia's first multi-stakeholder governance platform for the LABS Initiative, promoting safety protocols in manufacturing and advocating for gender-inclusive practices. Additionally, as Country Manager at IDH, they lead regulatory engagement to advance factory safety and compliance, while driving strategic advocacy efforts among major multinational brands. Emerald also holds leadership roles in other organizations, including serving as Chairman for Benelux Cambodia.
