Michael Olshansky has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and programming. Michael started their career in 1993 as a Systems Analyst at Goodkind & O'Dea, Inc., where they designed n-tier architecture and performed object and data model design. From 1997 to 2005, they worked at ADP as a Senior Programmer Analyst and Project Leader. In this role, they were responsible for the full software development life cycle of ADP Benefit Services product - COBRA and ADP Time and Attendance product - eTIMEsheet. Michael also designed and developed software applications using VB. In 2005, they joined IDHASOFT as a Senior Developer, where they created and maintained statewide enterprise systems using Smart Client .NET and VB. From 2006 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Programmer at OPB. Overall, Michael Olshansky has extensive experience in developing and maintaining various software systems.
Michael Olshansky pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from 1981 to 1986 at the South Russian State Technical University (Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute).
