Tom Haggerty has over 20 years of experience in the billing and customer support industry. Currently serving as an Implementation Consultant at IDI Billing Solutions since February 2004, Tom leads customer consultations to ensure successful implementation of software solutions. Previously, Tom held the position of Billing Specialist, responsible for the accuracy and timely generation of customer bills. Prior experience includes working as a Carrier Account Support Manager at Global Crossing and as a Sales Program Supervisor at The Sutherland Group. Tom Haggerty earned a Master's degree in Secondary Social Studies and a Bachelor's degree in History from SUNY Brockport.
