Chris Brown

Chris Brown currently serves as the Solar Development and ESG Director at IDI Logistics, where responsibilities include overseeing solar development, sustainability initiatives, and ESG reporting. Previously, Chris held the position of Chief of the Office of Energy and Sustainability at Montgomery County Government, managing a team focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and enhancing sustainability practices. Chris also served as the Director of Private Sector Engagement at the Institute for Market Transformation, promoting energy efficiency in commercial real estate. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Director of Sustainability at Federal Realty Investment Trust and various property management positions at Behringer Harvard, Lincoln Property Company, and The Westover Companies. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management from Peirce College and a CPM® credential from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
