Don Carp

Don Carp is an experienced construction management professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various companies in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction at IDI Logistics since May 2022, Don has previously held positions such as Vice President at ESSEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC and Director of Construction at Omninet Capital LLC, where responsibilities included managing capital expenditures and tenant improvements for a large commercial portfolio. Additional leadership roles include Vice President of Development for both Fifield Companies and Century West Partners, as well as a Managing Partner at The Flintridge Company. Earlier career experiences feature pivotal positions in business development and project management at Charles Pankow Builders, Pankow Special Projects, Castle & Cooke Properties Inc., and the Lanai Company. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Bradley University.
