Your recruiters work 9-5. Your candidates apply 24/7.

The time between those two things is where you lose revenue.

iDial is the Voice AI platform built specifically for blue-collar staffing agencies (Logistics, Light Industrial, Construction) to solve the "Speed-to-Lead" problem.

The Problem: The "Saturday Night" Drop-off

When a forklift operator applies on Saturday night, and you call them Monday morning, they are already gone. Most agencies lose 40% of their applicants simply because they are too slow to respond.
The Solution: 60-Second Response Time

iDial integrates with your existing ATS to contact every new applicant within 1 minute of their application—whether it’s 2 PM on a Tuesday or 11 PM on a Saturday.

Why Voice AI? (Not Text Chatbots)
We analyzed 8,000+ screening conversations.

• Text Chatbots: 30% completion rate
• iDial Voice AI: 87% completion rate

Blue-collar workers are often driving, on-site, or between shifts. They prefer a 2-minute call over a 20-question text form.

What iDial Does:

✅ Instant Contact: Calls candidates immediately upon application.
✅ Smart Screening: Qualifies for availability, pay, license, and location using natural Voice AI.
✅ Auto-Scheduling: Books qualified candidates directly into your recruiters' calendars.
✅ Seamless Integration: Sits on top of Bullhorn, JobDiva, FastTrack360, and more.

Stop losing placements to faster competitors. Let your recruiters focus on closing, and let iDial handle the intake.
