At idilefe.com, we believe that humanity is the most powerful force in any organisation. We work at the intersection of diversity-conscious organisational development, art curation, coaching, and facilitation — creating spaces where open, respectful dialogue drives real change.
Founded by İdil Efe — consultant, speaker, moderator, and curator with over 15 years of experience — idilefe.com brings together rigorous systemic thinking with lived expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion. From leading the Bürgerstiftung Neukölln to shaping diversity strategy at Stiftung Stadtmuseum Berlin, İdil has built a practice rooted in the conviction that inclusive organisations don't just happen — they are built, carefully and deliberately.
Our work spans:
— Diversity-conscious & discrimination-critical organisational development
— Facilitation & speaking for arts, culture, and politics
— Art & culture curation
— Leadership development & coaching
Humanity powers everything we do.
