Savannah Smith

Savannah Smith possesses a diverse background in research and coordination within international development organizations. Experience includes an internship at UNICEF, where analyses of national teacher allocation policies were conducted alongside communication with research partners. As an undergraduate economic researcher at East Texas A&M University, an independent thesis focused on volunteer tourism was developed, utilizing quantitative data analysis skills. More recently, as a Senior Coordinator at Mercy Corps, oversight of monitoring and evaluation for various initiatives has been demonstrated, alongside contributions to communications and process improvement. Additional roles with Save the Children US as a Hunger & Livelihoods Intern involved drafting reports and conducting data analysis. Savannah holds a BS in Liberal Studies from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Master's degree in International Development from Sciences Po.
