Tom Wein

Tom Wein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international development and communication. Currently serving as the Director of the Dignity Initiative at IDinsight, Tom has played a pivotal role in creating measures used by programs impacting approximately 11 million people. As the Founder of The Dignity Project since November 2018, Tom advocates for respectful practices in international development. Previous roles include leading the Violence Against Children team at Raising Voices and developing a global influencing strategy, coupled with a background in behavioral economics research at the Busara Center. Tom's educational credentials include a Master's in Communication for Development from Malmö University and a Bachelor's in War Studies from King's College London.
