Victoire Lepine

Victoire Lepine is the Chief of Staff for West and North Africa at IDinsight, where they leverage data and analytics to promote social impact. With an international background, having lived and studied in five countries including France and Senegal, Victoire has developed expertise in inclusive business and impact finance. They have previously held positions at organizations such as KOIS, where they structured innovative finance mechanisms, and myAgro, where they managed the Innovation Team to support smallholder farmers in West Africa. Victoire earned a BSc (Hons) in International Management from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School.
