Michelle Way

Michelle Way began their work experience in 2006 at Fallbrook Hospital, where they worked as a Human Resource Generalist and later as an Interim HR Director until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at Temecula Valley Hospital. In 2016, Michelle joined Regency Fallbrook as the Director of Marketing, a position they held until 2021. Currently, they are working at IDIQ as a Senior Recruiting Manager.

Michelle Way completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from CSU San Marcos, attending from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree from Palomar College between the years 1996 and 1999. Finally, Michelle received their high school diploma from Fallbrook High School, where they completed their general education.
