Michael Haddad

Michael Haddad serves as the Europe Sales Engineering Manager at ST Engineering iDirect since October 2019 and has been with iDirect since February 2007, holding the position of Senior Systems Engineer. In these roles, Michael actively supports the technical aspects of sales activities for strategic European customers, collaborating with Sales Executives and Channel Development Managers to identify opportunities, design satellite-based IP networks, and ensure technical accuracy in sales proposals. Michael has also led the Systems Engineering Team in Europe and has previous experience as a pre-sales engineer and project manager in the satellite communications sector with Thales Alenia Space and Alcatel. Michael holds an Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO, completing studies between 1995 and 1998.
