Ryan Carter is a seasoned HR Data and Reporting Specialist with a robust background in data management and analytics. Currently serving at ST Engineering iDirect as a Senior HR Data and Reporting Specialist since May 2021, Ryan was selected for the Top Talent program and has contributed to the design and development of a new HRIS to streamline HR management. Prior experience includes roles at the District of Columbia Public Schools from January 2016 to May 2021, where Ryan specialized in data validation and reporting, developed databases, automated data tasks, and delivered training and insights from large datasets. Complementing this expertise, Ryan holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, along with multiple Bachelor's Degrees from American University in Interdisciplinary Studies, Spanish Studies, and additional certifications.
