Shane Walters is currently the Maintenance Manager at IDL, overseeing maintenance operations since 2021. Prior to this role, Shane worked as a Mechanical Technician and Leading Hand at Wood Group PSN from 2014 to 2021, and as a Fitter and Turner at Alcoa of Australia from 1992 to 2014, where Shane held various positions including team leader and area mechanical tradesman. Alongside technical expertise, Shane has also contributed to sports as the Head Coach of the Victorian U/13 girls hockey team from 2010 to 2013, bringing over two decades of coaching and playing experience to the role. Shane holds a Trade Certificate in Fitting and Turning from Gordon Tafe Geelong.
