Idle Hands Workshop is my independent consulting practice helping brands build lasting customer relationships through human- and data-led retention marketing. With 15+ years in ecommerce and CRM, I partner with leadership teams to design systems, strategies, and workflows that drive sustainable growth and profitability.

My work centers on the human-powered drivers of customer retention and the technological and operational systems that sustain it, from lifecycle marketing and customer service to merchandising, finance, and go-to-market strategy. Each engagement begins with a deep audit of how teams, tools, and customer experiences connect across the business.

I work across a range of partners and industries:

Ecommerce brands: Retention strategy, lifecycle planning, and team evaluation and development, including recruitment and job descriptions.

Agencies: Retention program design, client ICP exploration, and process optimization to strengthen retention service delivery.

Technology partners: Product feedback, ICP refinement, and go-to-market strategy for tools integrating with Klaviyo and Shopify.

Nonprofits & mission-driven organizations: CRM alignment and donor engagement strategy.

My core focus is helping teams build world-class B2C CRM and retention programs through Klaviyo and Shopify, integrating lifecycle strategy, customer experience, and team operations into a scalable framework.
