IDM today is a result of two families working together for over 35 years. With the introduction of the second generation partner in 2007 it was rebranded to IDM Properties. Since then IDM has grown at a rapid pace to develop an operation that spans property investment, development, management, finance and construction.

With many developments under our belt we are a well established and trusted brand. IDM believe in providing results in every aspect of the business, whether this is through return on investments, creative planning or property management. Our experience in the property industry has enabled us to create a blueprint that works, with a signature style and a recipe for success.

In addition, we have worked hard to nurture and maintain excellent relationships, which is fundamental to getting ahead in our industry.

IDM is proud to have launched several new divisions over the past few years, which have assisted in the expansion of our portfolio. Taking some of the core components of our business in-house has enabled us to improve results on both the quality and level of service we expect. This makes IDM more dynamic and better positioned to move faster with our investors, architects, contractors and supply chain.

Today IDM employs around 60 people, each of whom has a unique talent that contributes to the bigger picture.
