Richard Sibandze

Richard Sibandze is currently the Head of Business Development and Acting Head of Business Development at the Institute of Development Management, where they leverage their extensive expertise in strategy and performance management. They co-founded the Innovators Association of Swaziland, focusing on promoting innovation for economic advancement in Eswatini. Previously, Richard served as a Faculty Advisor at ENACTUS FA and held the position of Program Leader at Limkokwing University. With a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master's in Business Administration, Richard maintains a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in their professional endeavors.
