Ashfaque Sheikh

Ashfaque Sheikh possesses extensive experience in process engineering, currently serving as the Deputy Manager at IDMC Limited since February 2016, where responsibilities include detail engineering of projects, mass balance preparation, and layout development. Prior to this role, Ashfaque functioned as Assistant Manager, handling project drawings and plant validation and commissioning. Experience at Nestle from March 2012 to February 2016 involved effective manpower and equipment utilization to meet production targets and analyzing production performance. Earlier, at Kaira District Cooperative Milk Producers Union Ltd (Amul Dairy) from December 2008 to March 2012, Ashfaque worked as a Senior Officer, focusing on production management, hygiene maintenance, and training subordinates on newly developed products. Ashfaque holds a B-Tech degree in Dairy Technology from Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, completed in 2008, and attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1992 to 2004.
