Dr. Nayan Dave is currently the QA Head at IDMC Limited, overseeing various departments including blown film production, printing, and lamination. They lead the FSSC 22000 version 6 team and possess extensive experience in flexible packaging, polymer formulation, and recipe development for multi-layer films. Prior to their current role, Dr. Dave held positions in research and development and quality assurance at several companies, including IDMC-Optifilm and Parikh Packaging Pvt. Ltd. They earned a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry and have a strong background in both academic and practical applications of polymer technology.
