Stephen Coker

Stephen Coker has over 19 years of work experience, with a focus on project management, program delivery, and process improvement. Stephen began their career at FedEx Freight in 2001, where they held various roles including Audit - Revenue Services, Sr. Pricing Research Analyst, and Process Improvement Advisor. In these positions, they gained experience in analyzing revenue, conducting pricing research, and implementing process improvements.

In 2011, Stephen joined FedEx TechConnect as a Program Management Advisor, where they provided advisory services in program management. Stephen then joined IDMWORKS in 2013 as a Project Delivery Lead. In this role, they successfully led and delivered complex IT programs and projects, specializing in identity and access management, security integrations, and custom development. Stephen managed diverse teams, including cross-functional and remote teams, on-shore and off-shore teams, and teams across multiple vendors and contractors. Stephen also built project plans, maintained project status dashboards, and ensured timely and successful resolutions of issues. Stephen'sclient environments included industries such as healthcare, financial, communications, manufacturing, retail, and services.

Stephen Coker completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Finance from Ouachita Baptist University, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. Later, from 2004 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas.

In addition to their academic achievements, Stephen also obtained certifications in the field of project management. In August 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. Stephen further enhanced their skills and expertise by obtaining the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2021.
