Florian Rickert

Florian Rickert has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Florian started in 2004 at Avid, where they held multiple positions including Scrum Master, Team Leader, Software Test Engineer, and Software Developer until 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Startup Manager at Bits and Pretzels, followed by roles as an Innovations Consultant and Coach at German Entrepreneurship GmbH and as Head of Startup Accelerator and Community at LMU Entrepreneurship Center. In 2019, they joined IDnow as a Scrum Master and Team Leader, and later transitioned to becoming a Senior Engineering Manager for Web and Scale-Up. Currently, they are Director of Engineering - Quality & Agile at IDnow. In 2018, Florian also worked independently as a Scrum Master, Innovations Consultant, and Speaker, focusing on startup mindset workshops.

Florian Rickert earned a Diplom degree in Computer Science from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, completing their studies from 1999 to 2004.
