Mohamed Rashed

Mohamed Rashed has extensive work experience in the IT field. Mohamed started their career in 2012 as an International Technical Support at Raya International Services, where they worked until November 2015. From December 2015 to December 2018, they worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at MCS Free Zone. Most recently, starting in January 2019, Mohamed joined IDnow as a Senior IT System Administrator. In April 2022, they were promoted to the role of Team Lead - Internal IT at IDnow. Mohamed's expertise lies in IT system administration and technical support.

Mohamed Rashed obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Technology from the institution of Computer & Information Technology, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Data Protection Training on Intro EU General Data Protection Regulation and Basic Privacy training from IITR Datenschutz GmbH in 2021, Jira Server Administration from Atlassian in 2019, CCNA from Cisco, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft, both obtained in 2015.
