James Bennett

James Bennett is an experienced professional in client success and account management, currently serving as the Head of Client Success for APAC at IDP Connect since November 2021. Prior to this role, James held various positions at IDP Education Pty Ltd, including Key Account Manager from March 2009 to November 2021. James also contributed to Monash University as the Education Abroad Manager and served as General Manager (Worldwide) for ISIC at the International Student Travel Confederation. Earlier career experiences include being a Learning Product Manager at STA Travel Australia & New Zealand and a Booking Agent at AUSRES. James holds a Higher Diploma in Leisure & Tourism Management from London Metropolitan University and a BA in Public Policy & Public Administration from Southampton Institute of Higher Education.
