IDP Consulting provides strategic planning and implementation advice to multinational energy and mining companies developing and operating large-scale infrastructure projects. This advice focuses on environmental, labour and community (ELC) risk, impact and management issues. 

For 15 years, we have been providing consulting services through a number of different IDP companies.  These were re-structured in 2019 and now our ELC services are provided through  IDP Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd and IDP Consulting (Mozambique) Limitada.
