Hao Trinh, also known as Hazel, has a diverse background in customer service, event planning, and education consulting. Experience includes serving as a Cashier Customer Service at CJ CGV Vietnam and working as an Event Planner at the University of Economics - The University of Danang, where responsibilities included brainstorming ideas for English activities and managing club events. As President of the SEE CLUB, leadership skills were further developed in promoting English learning within the student community. Additionally, roles as a Content Creator at EduPath, and as a Course Representative at Cardiff Metropolitan University contributed to enhancing communication skills and administrative support. Currently, Hazel works as an Education Counselor at IDP Education Ltd. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Global Business Management (HR Management) with First-Class Honours from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a degree in International Business from the University of Economics - The University of Danang.
