Mark Richmond

Mark Richmond is an experienced project and program manager with a strong background in driving global transformation initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the IELTS Programme Manager at IDP Education Ltd, Mark leads a digital transformation program in collaboration with Cambridge and the British Council, overseeing the rollout of computer-delivered English language testing across 130 locations.
